| ضرورت انجام تحقیق | سوانح ترافیکی از علل اصلی مرگ‌های زودرس در جهان و دارای یکی از بزرگ‌ترین اندازه‌های بار بیماری‌ها در جهان و ایران است. پیامد ترافیک ناهنجار نه‌تنها شامل مرگ، مصدومیت و ناتوانی در جامعه می‌شود بلکه بخصوص در شهرهای بزرگ و کلان‌شهرها موجب گسیختگی روابط اجتماعی، برهم خورد سلامت روان و پایین آمدن کیفیت زندگی مردم این جوامع می‌شود. رفتارهای ناایمن احتمال آسیب و مرگ را در کاربران راه افزایش می‌دهد و رفتارهای ضداجتماعی عوارض علاوه بر آسیب جسمانی و مرگ بر سلامت اجتماعی و روانی شهروندان وارد می‌سازد. این تحقیق در مرحله اول باهدف شناسایی رفتارهای ناایمن و ضداجتماعی همه کاربران اصلی راه یعنی رانندگان خودروها، موتورسیکلت‌سواران، دوچرخه‌سواران و عابران پیاده در تهران و اندازه گیری و توزیع این رفتارها و در مرحله دوم با اعمال مداخلات آموزشی و تشدید مقررات و قوانین راهنمایی و رانندگی و تعیین اثربخشی این مداخلات سعی در کاهش رفتارهای ناایمن و رفتارهای ضداجتماعی در جامعه موردمطالعه دارد. بدیهی است نتایج این تحقیق به سیاست‌گذاران، تصمیم‌گیرندگان و مجریان قانون کمک می‌کند تا چنین رفتارهایی را کنترل کرده و محیط سالم‌تر ترافیکی تأمین نمایند. از طرفی با ایجاد فضای ایمن و هنجار ترافیکی پیامدهای ناشی از آن ازجمله مصدومیت‌ها و مرگ ناشی از این سوانح کاهش‌یافته و از طرفی معضلات اجتماعی ناشی از آن‌ها ازجمله پرخاشگری، رفتارهای ضداجتماعی، برهم خوردن تعادل روانی جامعه کاهش‌یافته و بار تحمیلی به حوزه سلامت کاهش یابد. |

| خلاصه روش کار | مطالعه حاضر در دو بخش اجرا خواهد شد. بخش اول مطالعه یک بررسی مقطعی توصیفی خواهد بود که از طریق آن میزان شیوع رفتارهای ناایمن و رفتارهای ضداجتماعی در شهروندان تهرانی برآورد می‌شود. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در این بخش از مطالعه به روش‌های؛ 1- پرسشنامه 2- مشاهده، 3- مصاحبه و 4- اطلاعات پلیس خواهد بود. جهت برآورد میزان شیوع رفتارهای ناایمن کاربران راه از پرسشنامه (پرسشنامه MDBQ برای رفتارهای ناایمن رانندگان، پرسشنامه MRBQ برای رفتارهای ناایمن موتورسواران) استفاده خواهد شد. در رابطه با رفتارهای ضداجتماعی از روش‌های مشاهده، اطلاعات و مصاحبه با افراد آگاه (مانند مغازه‌داران باسابقه در محله‌ها) انجام خواهد گرفت. بخش دوم مطالعه، یک کارآزمایی تجربی شاهد دار تصادفی است که در چهار منطقه شهری شهر تهران اجرا خواهد شد. یکی از 4 مناطق انتخاب‌شده به‌عنوان منطقه کنترل و در سه منطقه دیگر اثر مداخله‌های موردنظر (مداخله آموزش، مداخله تشدید قوانین، مداخله آموزش و تشدید قوانین) موردبررسی قرار می‌گیرد. در یک منطقه برای تعیین اثر آموزش، در یک منطقه اثر تشدید مقررات و در منطقه چهارم اثر مداخله توأم آموزش و تشدید مقررات را خواهد سنجید. رفتارهای ناایمن در هر گروه از کاربران راه (رفتارهای ناایمن عابران پیاده، رفتارهای ناایمن رانندگان وسایل نقلیه شخصی رفتارهای ناایمن رانندگان وسایل نقلیه عمومی (اتوبوس، تاکسی)، رفتارهای ناایمن موتورسواران، رفتارهای ناایمن دوچرخه‌سواران) مورد ارزیابی قرار می‌گیرد. این مطالعه در 5 مرحله الف) شناسایی ب) نیازسنجی ج) طراحی یک مداخله آموزشی د) اجرای مداخله آموزشی ه) ارزشیابی صورت خواهد پذیرفت. |
